1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the VR77 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. VR77 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to close any account that does not comply.

• The information you provide during registration — including your full name, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. VR77 is not liable for any losses arising from your account being accessed by another party.
• If you are registering on behalf of another individual or a corporate entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on VR77 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). VR77 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically optimised for Malaysian users.

• Winnings from bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Real money (excluding bonus credits) may be withdrawn at any time with no rollover requirements.

• If there is evidence of promotion abuse — such as hedge betting across multiple accounts — VR77 reserves the right to void any bonus credits and associated winnings.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from the date the bonus is received). Any unused credits remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

4. Sports Betting Rules

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once a match has started, except under specific circumstances outlined in VR77's betting rules.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before reaching the stipulated minimum period, all bets placed on that match will be refunded to the member's account.
• For in-play bets, the outcome is determined based on the score at the time the bet is closed, not the score at the time the bet was placed.
• Where a significant odds error occurs — for example, odds that differ substantially from market value due to a technical mistake — VR77 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• For Asian Handicap bets with quarter goal and split ball handicap: half of your stake is placed on each adjacent handicap line in accordance with standard Asian Handicap calculation rules.
• Maximum betting limits vary by sport, league, and market. These limits are subject to change based on market conditions and the member's VIP level.

5. Casino & Table Games Rules

VR77's live casino and table games section includes baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, dragon tiger, and casino hold'em. The following general rules apply to all games in this category:

• All live casino game outcomes recorded by the VR77 system are final. In the event of a dispute, video recordings of the game session will be used as reference.
• If the video stream is interrupted during an active game and bets have already been placed, the outcome will be determined based on system records and studio recordings. Bet amounts will be refunded if the outcome cannot be determined.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the VR77 support team. • Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that are not caused by VR77's negligence.

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

However, VR77's liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made, under any circumstances.
